Difference between a Real Leader and a Business Leader

Last time I posted a love letter even though thats not my forte, I wish I could learn "what a women really wants", I m quiet sure that everyone wants to learn the trick to keep a women happy. hopefully If I learn I m sure of writting. perhaps its not too much of asking and risking my well bieng.

There has been a great sense of confusion among people about leadership and leader, we are unable to differentiate leaders from business leaders. There are leader who led this world herroneously for thier selfish motives. "We are living in a world where a blind leads another". I have read too many books and blogs about leadership and leaders, I feel people who claim as 10 ways to become a leader. They are either not well versed with the subject called leadership or they don't know who is a leader.

Leadership is an ongoing process, you can't emulate 10 things and claim to be a leader.

This time onwards I would like to talk about what I real feel and every drop of my blood will have the content of leader. Recently I was talking to one of most intellect person I have ever met. I asked him couple of questions about leadership and the leader. The thoughts ran like a river and his ability to communicate well was beyond my understanding.

This gentleman looks like a saint, who is on a mission to pursuit complete happiness with utmost delegence and compassion. He is thin, medium hieght and his eyes are glowing like a bright star and I felt for a while, when he looked at my eyes I melted like an ice which was long waiting for rays.

He continued " A leader is a man, who leads from the bottom of the heart. A leader leads people from known destination to unknown paradise". Almost everyone I have met percieves the current business leaders as the real leader. but the fact is," its not true", there are quiet a lot of qualities which differ.

"Let us define and differentiate business leader from the real leader"...

Business Leader :

He is leading becuase he thinks that end of the day business is important
He is good with numbers, he is an expert in profit and loss statement.
He some times leads people for his personal gain.
He hides some of the facts from his followers
He doesn't not carry all qualities a leader should have.

A Real Leader

Real leader, leads because he only knows how to lead.
He may not be good with numbers, but he is good with people.
Real leader never leads for personal gain.
He never hides anything, he is honest and utmost loyal to his follower.
A leader has set of principle which he carries even when world is upside down.
"He is a messanger, who is a message himself"

Recently one of ex-managers asked me a simple question, although most of them have thought its a foolish question. He continued " What would you do, if whole world is standing against you, and questions your sole existence, principles and vision".

I would like to give an opportunity to answer this question for me.....
